Your happiness is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo.
Our team will review your case and respond within 1 business day with a resolution.
We'll send a replacement or process your refund — whichever you prefer.
Due to the perishable nature of our handmade confections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been delivered in good condition. This is standard practice for food businesses and is in line with UK consumer food safety regulations.
However, we will always resolve issues where:
⏱️ Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We may not be able to process claims raised after this window.
Once your refund has been approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued. Please allow a further 3–5 days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank.
If a gift was sent to you and there is an issue with the order, please contact us and we'll handle it discreetly. We will never contact the gift sender about the issue unless absolutely necessary.
If you collected your order from our shop and have an issue with your product, please return to the shop with your receipt within 24 hours and a member of our team will assist you in store.
