đŸ“Ļ Orders & Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. We deliver Monday to Saturday. See our full delivery guide.

Yes! All UK orders over ÂŖ40 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under ÂŖ40 are charged at ÂŖ3.99 for standard or ÂŖ6.99 for express.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time.

Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to Europe — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If you're not available, they'll leave a card and attempt redelivery or take your parcel to a local collection point. You'll receive a notification with instructions.

Yes, the majority of our products are vegetarian. Vegan options are clearly marked on individual product pages. If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact us.

Our sweets are made fresh without preservatives, so shelf life varies. Chocolates and truffles last 3–4 weeks, fudge up to 6 weeks, and baked goods are best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Best-before dates are printed on each product.

Some of our products contain nuts or may have been produced in a facility that handles nuts. All allergens are clearly listed on each product. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.

Every single product is handmade in our London kitchen. We never use automated production lines — each truffle is hand-rolled, each cupcake is hand-iced, and each fudge batch is hand-poured. It takes longer, but the difference is in every bite.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll happily offer a replacement or full refund. See our full returns policy.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damage and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear in your account depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Yes! Gift wrapping is complimentary on every order. At checkout, you can also add a personalised message card for free. We also offer premium gift boxes — look for the "Gift" badge on product pages.
